Shops and Minimarkets
There is a fully stocked convenience store on campus, open from dawn to dusk seven days a week. In addition to shops we have a bank, ATM's and a post office. Procare, UCDâs on-campus pharmacy is located in the Student Centre, just beside the gym.
All setup to make settling in as easy as possible.
Cinema
Our 86 seater cinema is capable of screening 3D, HD Digital and 35mm projection as well as Blu-Ray and DVD formats making it a fantastically versatile space, suitable for film screenings, presentations, panel discussions and even lectures.
The UCD Cinema seeks to provide a cultural film programme which features both mainstream and arthouse films.

Prayer Room
Dedicated prayer rooms for Muslim students are located in Woodview House on the Belfield campus and E123 in the Smurfit School, Blackrock.
UCD Chaplaincy
We all need a listening ear at times, someone who will not sit in judgement on us, but just be there to offer support and care or practical help, in complete confidence. A problem shared is a problem solved!
The university chaplains act as student advisers as well as providing chaplaincy services. They are available to students in times of distress, illness and bereavement. Further information can be found on the Chaplains website.
